3 Rarely Used Guarantees That Will Boost Your Sales

Everybody knows that they should be guaranteeing their product.

Without a guarantee, your customers won’t feel confident buying whatever it is that you’re selling.

They’ll feel as if you don’t believe in your product enough to make sure they get the results they’re looking for.

(And they would be right)

In this article, I do NOT want to talk about why you need a guarantee.

(Hint, it’ll increase your conversions)

Instead, I’d like to talk about 3 unique styles of guarantees I almost never see people use these days. Instead, most people stick to…

The (Weak) 30/60/90 Day Guarantee

If this is your only guarantee right now… STOP.

You need to rethink your strategy.

They are so commonplace, customers these days jump right over them. They hardly even notice that you have them. They display absolutely no confidence in your product because they’re almost mandatory to have.

In some cases, these common, lackluster guarantees won’t even help your sales.

And that’s a good thing!

If you’re going to have a guarantee, you want something good. Something strong. Something that says “What I’m selling you WILL help you… and I’m so confident in that fact, I’m willing to put my own reputation on the line to prove it.”

How do you do that?

Here are a few guarantees I’ve come up with for my clients over the years. You can EASILY model these and use them in your own business as your next “surefire” way to increase your conversions.

The “I’ll Work With You Personally” Guarantee

I have a client named Scott. Scott is an amazing guy who helps people find careers they are truly passionate about. He then helps them make a great living out of them.

However when working with him, I felt his standard guarantee was a little weak. After all, everyone else in his market was offering a standard “if it doesn’t work for you within XX days, we’ll give you a refund” guarantee.

Tell me, is there ANY chance you’re going to turn down that offer?

Of course not!

Again, it all comes down to the confidence that person is radiating. It’s contagious.

And just in case those don’t quite fit with your business, here’s another one to try…

 The “I’ll Double/Triple Your Money Back” Guarantee

I’m using this guarantee with another client, as well as my own product I just launched.

Since I’m using this in two different ways right now, let me give you an example of how both of them sound.

Giving Double Your Money Back

The clients (partners) I’m working with right now are among the most well-known, respected and influential experts in the fitness world.

Maybe, maybe not.

But it certainly helped.

Guarantee #2:

It All Comes Down To Testing

In the end, you must test it.

I’ve never seen a test where a STRONG guarantee failed to beat a standard guarantee. And yes, sometimes they will increase your refund rate.

However I’ve also never witnessed a case in which the increase in conversions from the upgraded guarantee resulted in less overall revenue.

So again, test it and see how it works for you.
