I like most of the items placed in Help your customers with visual buying advice section! Nice strategies for soft-selling.
There is one more thing required largely for digital product companies. It is “Explailing users how to do a perticular thing’.
– How do you buy a product?
– How do you select perticular size?
– How do you change some settings? and many such queries.
